Greca Street is a sleek Greek restaurant located in Melbourne’s renowned Greek precinct of Oakleigh.
Offering traditional mediterranean food & wine, reminiscent of the heart of Athens.
Mike has spent most of his lifetime in hospitality. The journey began at the age of 13, when Mike began bagging and selling sporia (seeds) and fistika (nuts) at local football matches in the north of Greece. Since that time, Mike’s 38-year career in hospitality has seen him succeed in establishing and managing restaurants and beach bars from Santorini to Melbourne.
Mike will fondly relay his three years on a private yacht sailing the iconic Aegean Sea. Mike’s passion for Greek food, wine and culture and natural filotimo (hospitable) spirit is undeniable.
